An Incident Response Plan (IRP) is a formal document providing clear direction for an organization before, during and after a suspected or confirmed malicious cyber event. The IRP thoroughly details of what happens: who does what, when to do it, and how to do it. Our plans adhere to National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication (NIST SP) 800-61, rev. 2 specifications.
Monarch will create a customized response plan for your organization. Once the plan is approved by executive management, an Incident Response Test – a cyberattack simulation – will assesses the efficacy of the IRP.
