Portland, Maine [March 1, 2024] – Monarch ISC today formally announced that Michael Snyder, CISM®, CMMC-CA, CMMC-PI, has joined the company as a Senior Advisor.

Mike is well-known in the cybersecurity industry as the principal curricula developer for the CMMC Accreditation Body, CyberAB/CAICO. He has also been a lead assessor for multiple government information security programs and frameworks, most notably in the Defense Industrial Base. Mike’s vast experience in both the public and private sectors has made him a sought-after instructor and advisor.

“I made the choice to join Monarch because of their commitment to make a mark in the cybersecurity community,” Mike explains. “There’s a good deal of confusion out there, especially in the CMMC world where the government is quickly changing the rules of the game. Mike will be advising Monarch’s key contractors on CMMC compliance with the DoD, as well as spearheading the company’s evolving training and education programs. Along with his professional certifications, Mike has a Masters in Information Technology (Security/Assurance & Forensics) and a BS in Computer/Information Technology (Administration & Management) from Trident University International.
