Monarch leverages our CMMC self-assessment tool, Security Catapult®, to assess your organization’s understanding with the 110 practices detailed in NIST Special Publication 800-171, and identify any gaps in your current CMMC program. These same 110 practices entirely comprise CMMC Level 2 requirements for Organizations Seeking Certification (OSC) that manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). By using Security Catapult, we support alignment, documentation, and assessment readiness.
Using the intuitive features of Monarch ISC’s Security Catapult® during your Readiness Assessment, you effortlessly create a tailored plan detailing required tasks, necessary resources, milestones, and completion dates that form your unique PoAM. Security Catapult links each PoAM item directly to its CMMC requirement. This tactical roadmap ensures your organization stays on track to meet compliance and strengthen cybersecurity. The Security Catapult ensures your organization does not waste resources on certification assessments without being fully prepared.
Once your organization has corrected any gaps noted during your Readiness Assessment, it’s time to schedule your Certification Assessment. Our experienced team guides you through the careful process of achieving CMMC Certification. We schedule on-site visits as required and participate remotely whenever possible. Our goal is to minimize the stress on your staff, be as expedient as possible, and use online tools to conduct the highest quality CMMC Assessment.

Monarch ISC is an Authorized C3PAO and the Security Catapult® was developed by Cyber AB Certified Assessors. Monarch Assessors also have globally recognized cybersecurity certifications such as ISC2 Credential for security practitioners, and ISACA Certification for information security auditing.
Our coaches are CMMC Certified Assessors! Additionally, we have three Provisional Instructors on staff. Why provisional? Our coaches caught the fast track into the CMMC-AB eco-system to help train and assess other CMMC Assessors. They will become fully certified once the new curriculum and testing is available.
Other tools on the market have shoehorned in CMMC or were designed for other frameworks. The Catapult was designed from the beginning for CMMC. We created it to assist Monarch ISC with conducting readiness assessments for their clients. We use it every day. We have decided to let everyone use it at their own pace.
The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a U.S. Government-mandated certification program designed to improve supply chain security in the defense industry. The Department of Defense will require all contractors to be certified to one of three CMMC levels starting in 2025.
